ATG Level 1 Certified Coach in Green Bay, Wisconsin
Helping Active Adults Move Pain-Free & Build Resilience
Matt is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with over 12 years of experience helping people reduce pain, move with confidence, and return to the activities they love—often stronger than before. His background in outpatient orthopedics, chronic pain, musculoskeletal and spine care, post-surgical rehabilitation, and sports performance allows him to bridge the gap between traditional rehabilitation and performance training. As a physical therapist and ATG-certified coach, Matt is passionate about building resilient bodies through intentional movement, progressive strength training, and restoring joint capacity. His approach focuses on addressing root causes rather than simply managing symptoms, helping individuals improve mobility, strength, durability, and long-term performance. In addition to physical therapy, Matt brings experience in dry needling, manual therapy, osteopathic assessment, and nutrition coaching to create a comprehensive, individualized approach for each client. He also serves as an assistant instructor with Myopain Seminars, teaching dry needling techniques to fellow clinicians. Whether you’re dealing with pain, recovering from injury, looking to improve athletic performance, or simply wanting to move and feel better, Matt’s goal is to help you build a stronger, more capable body so you can stay resilient and continue doing the things you love.
