Rehab - Athleticism - Mobility
I’ve always loved movement. The problem was, for most of my life, my body didn’t. I was one of the stiffest people my friends and family knew. No matter how hard I trained, I was constantly fighting painful fascia, extreme tightness, and injuries that seemed to move from one area to another. I didn’t understand structural balance or how weaknesses throughout my body were creating compensation after compensation. Then I found the ATG system. One idea completely changed the way I thought about training: I didn’t need to train harder—I needed to train the parts of my body I’d been neglecting for years. ATG taught me that lasting mobility isn’t just about stretching tissues—it’s about making your weakest ranges stronger. As I began building strength through longer ranges of motion and restoring structural balance from the ground up, my body started adapting in ways I’d never experienced before. For the first time in my life, I wasn’t just becoming stronger—I was becoming more mobile, more athletic, and more resilient. Today, in my 40s, I move better than I ever thought possible. That’s why I coach. Whether you’re an athlete looking for strength that actually translates to the field, someone who’s tired of feeling stiff and restricted, or simply someone who wants to stay capable for decades to come, my goal is to help you build a body that’s stronger, more balanced, and more capable than the demands you place on it. Every program is scaled to your current ability. We strengthen weak links, build from the ground up, improve mobility through strength, and create lasting freedom of movement—not by forcing your body, but by giving it a reason to adapt. Your body is incredibly adaptable. Sometimes it just needs the right stimulus.
