Charlotte Zang is an ATG certified fitness coach who helps women over 40 get and stay fit, strong and flexible. Training focuses on structural balance so that women are strong and stable from the ground up. This starts with walking backwards either on a deadmill or while pulling a sled. It’s important to note that clients never work through pain. Everyone can start somewhere and as they make progress, the exercises and movements can be scaled according to their needs. Charlotte came to ATG due to knee and shoulder pain. Her son Jason Zang is an ATG Certified Level 3 coach. He showed her simple exercises that she could do at home. She was so pleased with the results that she began training at the gym twice a week, then three times a week, and soon progressed to earning her certification. Her goal is to help women who have similar problems so they can do all the things they enjoy, from picking up grandchildren and playing pickleball to traveling. Zang Fitness: Strength. Balance.
